Anthony Hanover best known as Hiroshi is someone that views things a little differently than most. Working for a moving company back in 2014 and making fairly decent money Hiro was suddenly let go from his employer in 2016 due to his absence from an unexpected health issues. Being unemployed and building himself back up mentally allowed him to discover the beauty in photography and how the world can be seen through a lens, thus it began. Hiroshi spent countless hours trying to teach himself about cameras and how to use them and progressed significantly within just 1 years time. Now 4 years later, he utilizes his passion and knowledge to understand the social construct of our society, also while being able to share stories through each photo and inspire the mind of others. Being native to New York City he does not plan on slowing down his passion for capturing astounding pieces of art. Hiro believes we are all an artist in some way. Although he believes “some of us are just given a sight beyond sight”, he also does not believe in waiting too long to accomplish your goals. Which is fitting for someone from the city that never sleeps, because according to this photographer “New York never waited for me, and the world won’t either. Follow your dreams before you lose sight and forget what they are.”.
